BTRFS Raid1

Featured Replies

Can Unraid read an existing BTRFS raid1, essentially I had a machine running rockstor that died, and once I repair the machine I was thinking of trying Unraid on it,

I have enough drive bays to add a couple of drives to move the data to so the plan was if possible to move the data then re-format/add the existing drives to the unraid pool.

I expect the answer is yes, but you won't be able to use it in the array. It's possible but unlikely it would work as cache. You'd probably have to do the magic at the command line to mount it.

It *should* work as a cache pool but never tried, probably safer to use the command line to mount it.
