Hello,

 

I started receiving smart errors on my OCZ VERTEX450 cache disk so I bought a replacement Samsung Evo 850. I was going to follow the instructions here to replace it, however it's no longer mountable. I've attached the diagnostics output from last week when I started getting the errors.

 

I'd appreciate any help or guidance,

    SSD dropped offline, it was showing write and read errors before that, there's no SMART report so it may be bad but it could also be a bad cable.

     

    Power down, replace cables, if it's still unmountable see here to try and recover your data:
