ESXi VM - vShphere client dies at 1:30 after launching?

I have Unraid 6.3.5 running. AMD FX-8320E with 24 GIG of RAM.  I created an ESXi VM running 6.0.0.   When I launch vSphere client from my workstation desktop, I can log into vSphere no problem, navigate no problem.   At 1 minute 30 - 45 seconds, my connection to vSphere drops and I get an error "the vSphere Client has lost the connection to the 192.168.1.109 server."   When I run a continuous ping, i never loose a packet. 

Any ideas what could be causing this?

post xml of your vm. also, what do your logs show when it loses connection? Does the vm crash or just stop communicating via vSphere.

Here is the XML.   No, the VM does not crash.  Only connectivity is lost.   A continuous ping from my laptop shows 1ms.   When the connection drops I never loose a ping.

try changing the

or

*I'm assuming that esxi can recognize both of those virtual adapters.

not a problem. I've had issues with the vmxnet3 adapter on unRaid.
