I woke up this morning to one of my disks not working.  I don't know if it's connected, but I had an issue yesterday where the parity disk was lost.  I had to unplug and re connect the drive, and it was good to go.  Now, this.

So there's no way to resolve besides replacing the disk?

Replacing the disk would be my recommended action, but you can try rebuilding using the same disk and check if the pending sector(s) are remapped, though in my experience even if it works, there's a high likelihood it will happen again in the near future.
