Disk dropped offline, so there's no SMART, but most likely not a disk problem, since there were errors on 2 disks at the same time:

Disk 14 had a single error read error, so it wasn't disabled, but simultaneous errors on 2 disks together with the fact that both are on different controllers would point to power supply or power cables, at least it's where I would start.
