Can someone take a look at this and tell me how worried I should be? It started throwing errors (348 of them) and reading these reports is not something I'm good at. I am running out of space on all drives and there is actually another one that gave me 170 or so errors and I'm running that scan now.

There are 7 reported uncorrected errors, at least 5 are recent, at disk power-on lifetime: 45802 hours, those are never a good sign, and considering that disk has over 5 years use it may be time to consider replacing it.

Thanks for the help! I already have drives to replace it but I was hoping it's just full and I need to give it some relief and can get more life out of it. My array hit 99% and disk 1 and 5 started giving me errors.

Similar error on disk5, these errors have nothing to do with how full the disks are, and don't necessarily mean that there's a risk of imminent failure, but it's never a good sign, and the array is at risk if you need to rebuild a different disk and there are more read errors on one of those.
