What exactly does the message Reboot will activate a clean system reset mean? I have been fooling around with a controller that has the parity attached, after which I started a parity check which seemed to run ok, but was cancelled by me. What exactly triggers the earlier mentioned message?The server runs 6.3.5.

    It means the Reboot command issues a Stop Services and Stop Array action first before rebooting. Stopping the services and the array must be completed within 90 seconds (time is configurable) before reboot kicks in, otherwise a unclear reboot happens.
