I keep seeing these errors in my log-

I only have one disk in my server formatted as EXT4 (sds) so I'm not sure what these errors mean or what is generating them. There isn't a disk sdo1 or sdp1.

Same thing repeatedly happened again and it get's reconnect with a different letter.

 

Your log is full of USB disconnects, one of the reasons USB devices are not really recommend.

I removed the usb drive yesterday, because of the disconnects, and installed it in an empty slot in my server. It is now mounted as sds. Is it possible these errors are being generated from a drive that’s no longer present?

Yes if you haven't rebooted since.
