XFS V4 on older disks - any reason to reformat to V5?

I just noticed that some of my array disks are formatted with XFS V4.  Is there any advantage to re-formatting the disks to V5 and rebuilding data on those disks?

    Where do you find the versioning?  Had a poke around the webui and couldn't find it, or is it a terminal output?
