Getting SMART Errors

So, I have been away for close to a month and returned to my server having some SMART errors.

I was just wondering how risky these errors are and whether I need to replace the drive...

 

Any help is much appreciated.

    Disk looks very sick, you can run an extended SMART test to make sure.

    And while you wait for the SMART test results, you should evaluate your current backup strategy - what is stored on this disk, and do you have it all backed up?
