Unraid Corrupted after Power Outage

Featured Replies

My unraid server Pro that I've been using for a couple of years now has gotten corrupted after a power outage, I haven't been able to fix it and would appreciate some ideas as to how I could fix it, I've included a screenshot of a screen with the corrupted hash at the bottom that is preventing its use when that happens which is most of the time.

Thanks

Tony

Thanks for the quick reply trurl, it won't let me do anything when its hashed like this, but every once in a while it will go to normal and I can use it normally, but only for a short time, I'll monitor it and try to get the Diagnostics you asked for, but don't know how long it will take me.

I've included another screen shot

If you can telnet/ssh into your server, you can also run diagnostics from the command line.

tdallen, I can't get into it at all when its like this, I'm trying to reboot it from the GUI and see if it comes up normal to access it, it only stays normal for a short time normally, if that's unsuccessful, I'l do a hard boot

Nothing obvious in the diagnostics.

Have you done a memtest? You can get to memtest from the boot menu.

doesn't seem to be the ram

Well guys, I don't know whether it was just dirty connectors on the ram, but I'm back to my original ram chip and its been running for 10 minutes now with no more corruption showing up on the screen and its serving a video without freezing so far, thanks for the help and hopefully its going to continue to be ok.
