Seven
Hello all. First time poster to the unRAID forums here... I'm in the process of building my first unRAID system and all is going well so far. I purchased the "plus" license on the evening of July 13th, 2010. My credit card was charged and I received a receipt for the purchase by email ... but that's it. I never received my plus license file or any instructions on how to activate the license. I emailed the sales dept. and I also submitted a support request using the form on the lime-technology website but so far I haven't heard back from anyone about this. This may be a hiccup related to the recent web outage but I'd really like to get my plus license so I can continue with my server build. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks much for any advice. S. Joe L.
And also check your "spam" filter on your e-mail. There have been reports of the return mail being blocked or mis-identified as spam and put in the "spam" folder instead of your inbox. My suspicions are it was as a result of the recent web-host issues Lime-Technology experienced, and not a blocked e-mail, but can't hurt to check, and to send an additional e-mail to Tom as suggested in the prior post. (In case the first never got to his as a result of his web-host's outage) Joe L. Link to comment
Seven
I just tried emailing Lime-Tech directly but the message got bounced back as undeliverable. The same thing happened with the email that I sent to the Sales dept. yesterday. I checked my spam folder just now and there is nothing in there from Lime-Tech. Link to comment
NAS
What reason did your mail server give for it being undeliverable? Link to comment
Seven
What reason did your mail server give for it being undeliverable? I have attached the full mail error here. I changed my real email addy to "[email protected]" in this attachment to hopefully avoid getting some unwanted spam. I'm sending from regular, old GMAIL so there's no funky email configuration in play here. Thanks! MailError.txt Link to comment
WeeboTech
I've already sent a note for limtech to look at this thread, but since emails are bouncing it may be a while before he gets the notification. We cannot guarantee when limtech will see this thread You can also send a private message to limetech on this forum. Since that stays local on the forum, I'm sure it will be seen eventually. Seven
I have now received my plus license from Tom... I'll test installing this license later once my parity-sync completes. Thanks for your help everyone! Link to comment
