I have noticed with SSDs I get one very very occasionally (like 3 a year) and just live with it. Once you get one it never goes away, but it does not mean anything is wrong with the drive - just that a checksum failed over the wire and this would trigger a retry, so no real harm. If you get a lot of them, re securing the cable is recommended. And if they continue, changing the cable. Again, the one you have will never decrement. Link to comment
