This could be caused by a Kernel Issue, Bad Memory, etc. You should post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums. so here I am Running unRAID version 6.5.0, asus mb P7D55-LE, i5-750. 4gb ram, 4 hdd, no parity and 1 sdd cache.
