Hi,

i had it last night that the usb stick got disc and instant connected again.

 

Im not sure if unraid would be able to recover itself (if that is possible to implement).

 

But besides the GUI, everything seems to work normal, like Plex and so on. (i didnt heavily tested it).

 

So my suggests are:

 

1.) If possible make it so that if stick fails, unraid goes into "read only mode" or something like this, so that you get a warning that the usb stick is probably damaged or taken out. Make it so that you dont get many errors everywhere and dont know why.

 

2.) and or if possible make it that unraid recovers as soon as the stick goes online again
