Greygoose
Is it possible to setup something to automatically download a YouTube channel that I like when they upload a new video, Then it puts it automatically into my plex YouTube folder? Quote Link to comment
bender1
never done it but if I were trying, I would look for a container to run youtube-dl and start there. Alternatively, if you don't want to actually download the videos but want to browse in plex you could look at this https://www.howtogeek.com/347431/how-to-watch-youtube-videos-on-plex/ Maybe someone else has a better/more complete answer. hernandito
How cool would it be to have a Docker with YouTube-dl and with a YouTube-do-GUI? Sadly I lack the skill creating a Docker with the guacamole type graphic interface. Quote Link to comment
KermitJr
Yes, something like this: https://github.com/PizzaWaffles/Automatic-Youtube-Downloader I found here: Anyone interesed in making a Docker? That's something I would definitely consider donating to! 1 Quote Link to comment
