I have open the case and check the cable, also i have run the SMART short self-test:

I have a also upload the diagnostics.

 

Could you please advise me what to check?

Diagnostics are after rebooting, but parity looks fine so just re-sync it, if it happens again grab the diags before rebooting.

i have re-sync but the problem is still there.

i grab the diagnostics if that helps.

 

i also reboot it and start stop the array

 

in the past i also had problems with HPA, if this helps a little bit.

 

im starting to worry...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When? I don't see a parity sync in the log. You need to unassign parity, start the array, stop the array, re-assign parity and start the array to begin parity sync.
