I am having to build a new server.

here is what I am looking at:

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Intel Z170 Platform / Intel X99 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-2133C15D-8GVR 

 

 

 

 

Wanted to see if you guys thought this would function as a basic unraid.

All I am am wanting for now is to stream movies, and store files.

 

any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

Completed the project

That combo will require some sort of video card as the MB requires a CPU with Graphics support. 

I have that already from my previous server.
