Yes.

 

Run an extended SMART test on that disk, if it fails replace it.

Thanks, I'm running an Extended SMART test now. If it passes, is it a false positive, or could it still be going bad?

Yes, sometimes there are false positives, mostly on WD drives.

Yes , it scans the complete disk, about 2 to 3 Hours per TB.

It just finished an extended SMART test, took about 6 hours (2TB). It passed with no errors. I guess I'll keep an eye on it.
