as0t interfaces in route table

I have been wanted to segment out my containers and vms into different vlans so I created a trunk with all the vlans I wanted passed to the host, but when I went to look at the route table I noticed that I have 46 as0t route entries in the route table. They are all /30 and for a subnet that I don't use on my network. What are these interfaces used for?
