Plex Ram transcoding in Windows 10 vm?

I know that Unraid has an option to easily enable Plex Ram transcoding when Plex is a Docker?  What about if Plex is running in a Windows 10 VM?  I wanted to use a Windows 10 VM because I have a Quadro P2000 that I want to use for HW Transcoding.  I have 32GB of RAM so I was hoping to make use of RAM transcoding a bit too.

 

Also, how much RAM does 4k transcoding eat up?  I was thinking of dedicating 16gb to the ram transcoder.
