(solved) noVNC fails to connect to server (Win10 VM)

I haven't used my Win 10 VM in a few months, and when I tried to start it again, a few days ago, it was able to start, but failed to connect via noVNC.

I attached its log output and the configuration screen...any idea what might have broken and how to fix it, preferably without having to install Windows 10 yet again?
