I am unfamiliar with this word.  Did you mean passthrough?

 

You probably want to begin your research by reading this:

You are looking at fairly high end 8th generation hardware and I would think you should not have any problems.  I see that you are looking at a gaming MB.  Be aware that overclocking is not recommended for unRAID systems.

I did some research. IOMMU is what it's called on the amd side of things but on Intel the bios setting and specification needed is VT-D and VT-X which both the cpu and motherboard have.

Actually, IOMMU is the architecture-neutral term. AMD calls it AMD-Vi. Intel calls it VT-d.
