Assuming you're still using the same drives and same flash drive and just changing the key, then nothing more needs to be done on your part

 

Otherwise, just copy over /config/plugins from one to the other.  Depending upon if your entire system changed altogether then you can also just copy the entire contents of /config (minus the .key file)
