November 11, 20187 yr Hi All, I am having an issue where my shares in windows intermittently drop out. When this happens I cant connect to the server via the webGUI or even reach it via ip ping. It comes back up once I reboot the server. Im using Version 6.5.3. Anyone else experience this issues?

November 11, 20187 yr Community Expert Nothing obvious, but the diagnostics are immediately after a reboot and without starting the array so nothing really to go on. You might try Fix Common Problems -Troubleshooting Mode so you will have some more useful diagnostics captured next time it happens.
November 11, 20187 yr Author Thank I will have a look into that. The big problem I have is when this happens im not able to connect to the sever In anway, Ping, Web Gui etc... unless I reboot it.
