I was upgrading my mb/cpu and couldn't get the web gui to load.  I reverted back to the old hardware and still am having the same issue.  I'm on version 6.6.5 and recently installed a pi-hole docker (I'm not sure if this could be causing my issue).  Attached is my diagnostics log.  I've tried setting a static IP and changing the port for the web gui and still can't get it to work.

So actually, it appears the emhttpd service is not starting automatically.  If I manually start it - everything appears to be working.  Any ideas on why it doesn't start on it's own?

Yes, something corrupted your go file. Change the capital S to an & and you should be fine.
