I'm using one with mine. APCUPSD seemed to recognize it when attached via the USB cable.

I posted about it a while back maybe you can find it with a search.

I searched for CyberPower and Cyber Power before starting the thread and got zero hits.

My google-foo must be stronger than your ;)

for reference later on; the search only searches the current forum/subforum that you are in right now.

I was just figuring that out now.  Most forums, the search at the header searches the whole forum, with another link that searches just the subforum.

Did you ever yank the plug to see if it shutdown?  I was reading on some other forums where APCUPSD (not in unRAID, but other linux based NAS) recognized the CyberPower, but when it issued the power down commands, the CyberPower did nothing.

I can get the same rated UPS from APC for only $15 more than the CyberPower, so I might as well spend the $15 and get enhanced support (enhanced as in 99% use APC and can help me :) ).

Yes, that is definitely a better option.  CyberPower is the 'budget brand'.

I found these http://www.cyberpowersystems.com/about-us/news/adaptive-sinewave-ups.html  from CyberPower. It says their adaptive sinewaves work for PSU's with Active PFC. Anyone try one? Seems like it could be a good budget alternative to the Smart series, if it could be powered down by raid.
