What quality setting do you use for Radarr?

So after switching from CP to Radarr I left the quality settings as default, now its re-downloaded about 80 odd films some which are 20+gb for 1080p normally with a bunch of DTS tracks for different languages. 

 

Anyone have a recommended settings they find that works best?

 

I really dont need anything more than 10gb, can I change the settings for it to now download lower quality or do i have to manually delete and search missing for it to use the new settings?

 

Another annoying thing I noticed is in Plex the films show up as recently added, I take it because its doing a delete, add then notify or something along those lines.

    you can easily find 1080p between 8-11gb in Radarr under quality you can set ur min max
