New build

Featured Replies

I just setup my new build for my unraid.

Specs

Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core @ 3200 MHz

16 gig DDR4 memory

Its all up and running.

Does unraid support cpu temps for AMD Ryzen?  It's not showing any temps in my dashboard.

Hard drive temps are showing up fine.

Thanks

CPU/MB temps are provided by the Dynamix System Temp plugin.  You'll have to install it (dependency on Perl which is Found in the Nerd Tools plugin) to see if your motherboard sensors are supported.

Not necessarily.

Try running 'sensors' from a terminal prompt and see what it reports.

My board has two sensors:

1 - coretemp

2 - nct6776

If sensors are detected on your board, try entering the name(s) manually in the plugin available drivers and click save.

With some boards, a manual entry may work where detect does not.

all I get

It appears your motherboard does not have any sensors the plugin can use; at least none detectable in Linux.

Ok np.

Thanks for giving me a hand.

I have the same issue, and I'm using a X470 GAMING PRO CARBON mobo.. can't believe there are no sensors when bios detects it fine...

So no problems with Ryzen CPU's anymore?

Need to upgrade server as well - very old 2 core Athlon system now
