6.70 RC6 - Parse Errors

Hi All,

 

I have recently updated to the latest RC for 6.70 and started to have issues with Community Applications plugin, I remove it as it shows in the error section and try to reinstall it to have an error show Parse error and will not install the plugin, anyone had any issues like this?
