Hey all my current tower case is full of drives and I am upgrading to a full size tower with more bays. Is there any thing special I need to take into account? Do the Sata Cables from each drive have to go back into the exact ports on the board that they came from? I certain that I do no have to use the same exact cable with the drive but not sure about the port.

You should be able to do a lift and shift. 

I'd HIGHLY recommend taking a screenshot of which physical drives are which unraid drives so you can make sure they match up.

Unraid keeps track of disk assignments by the disk serial number and nothing else.
