when I installed the unraid 6.3.5 that is working for register the flash device, but install the 6.5 to 6.7 version , the flash display error, can not register it to buy a key.

Not quite sure what you are saying - maybe a screen shot would help?

 

Also I am not sure why you are trying to register anything - any key file you have remains valid after the upgrade.

above img is 6.3.5 version that can see the flash guid, but on 6.5 to 6.7 version, can not show the flash guid

Strange - I have no problem getting the flash GUID displayed on all those releases :(   On all those releases it looks just like your screenshot.   Have you perhaps tried a different browser or white-listing the Unraid server in any ad-blocker you might be using with the browser you are currently using?

 

It might be worth showing a screenshot of what you see using the 6.7 release in case that provides a clue?

You should use a USB2 port.

I took off the HDD drive that installed the unraid os and then the problem is solved.
