Need guidence on finishing my part list for my 16HD build.

This is going to be a 16 HD build. I only got the case and HD picked out for the most part. Need direction on the cpu, motherboard,  p/s and raid card , cables anything else I would need. Dont got alot to drop on this but want to do it right also.
