Try de tunables tester scrip, default tunables are not very good for larger arrays, also note that if you're using a single link between the HBA and the expander max speed will be around 90MB/s, usu dual link if possible.

These usually mean parity is not in sync, unless you're getting disk errors, is this 1st parity check?

Dont know if the BPN-SAS2-846EL1 of my SuperMicro  can handle 2 sas connections.

Thanks for the help but the server is on hold at the moment.

Most likely i killed the motherboard. Or it killed it self

 

 

IPMI seems dead same as vga but it boots to unraid.

Of the 2 connections there are on the backplane witch do i need to use.

The manual isnt that clear about it ( still waiting on the 2e cable )

Supermicro recommends J1 and J2, though it will likely work with either 2 of the 3 ports.
