[Solved] Docker Container Security and Segregation ?

I'm trying to understand how Docker manages the segregation of the containers. Few Questions:

- Are Containers on the same subnet able to ping one another?

- Is there some firewall rule ability in Docker?

- Can you run different subnets for each Container?

- If my unRAID server runs in VLAN10 can I make a Docker Container in VLAN20 within the .20.xx subnet?

- Are all these networks just managed by my network Router? Or are there some settings in unRAID I need to do?

Hey Hoopster,

I used this method last night and am having some trouble. I posted in that thread. I can't connect to Plex since I made these changes. Any ideas? See my posts here:
