Viper359
Ok, So I have Synology running in a docker and its running excellent. What I am really hoping to do, is attach my Synology drives to Unraid, load them up in this docker and transfer the files to my new Unraid setup. Doing it over LAN is just not feasible. I have almost 36TB, and even though I have a 10Gbe connection, I cannot bet transfers to exceed 150-200MB/s I want to see if having everything in one, I can just move the files, making this a much faster experience. Thoughts or suggestions on how to do this? If I plug the drives in, with the UD plugin, I should be able to set it so Synology see's those drives right, and thus, restores the Synology raid I have, with all files intact. Quote Link to comment
JonathanM
Local is likely going to be the same speed. The restriction is the single drive speed, not the LAN. Quote Link to comment
