Docker Service Failed to start and not nil VM's showing (SOLVED)

Hi, I was trying to open Krusader and was getting an error so rebooted Unraid, now showing docker service failed to start and none of my VM's are showing up. My docker size was 25Gb and I increased its size to 30Gb. I recently added another drive to unraid as my other 2 were starting to fill up. Also recently upgraded cache to 500Gb but that is also full. Not quite sure what to do next, have included diagnostics.

    Cache drive is completely full, move or delete some data.
