Hi all looking to expand my unraid server to 7 hdds so I am looking to get a hdd controller.

 

I looked at the recommended hardware and it suggests this one:

 

Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8, 8-Port SAS/SATA Card

 

However I cannot seem to find this available in the UK.

 

Can anyone recommend an alternative for around the same price please.

    I haven't tried but you can get some off eBay from the states that ship worldwide.

     

    My next one I think I'll try that as it is a fair bit cheaper than locally.
