Background is that my Server is defective and I want to use another Server until the problem is fixed.. So Plug Drives and Stick to another PC and fire it up? glockmane Posted December 23, 2019 Author Share Posted December 23, 2019 (edited) @itimpi Thanks, so I tried but it hangs at boot at the following line: Binding... vfio-pci 0000:01:00.0: vgaarb: changed VGA docodes: olddecodes=io+mem,decodes=io+mem:owns=io+mem Maybe he wants to bind something which is not present? Is there a way to jump over? Edit: Had to edit the vfio-pci.cfg and remove the bind line now it goes further, now empty screen with blinking cursor.. Crossing fingers..
