Hey guys,

 

is it possible (and also recommended) to use the stick on another PC with the same Hard Drives? Background is that my Server is defective and I want to use another Server until the problem is fixed.. So Plug Drives and Stick to another PC and fire it up?

As long as you are not using RAID controllers on the machines it should just be plug-and-go as UnRAID is largely hardware agnostic.

Thanks, so I tried but it hangs at boot at the following line:

Maybe he wants to bind something which is not present? Is there a way to jump over?

 

Edit:

 

Had to edit the vfio-pci.cfg and remove the bind line now it goes further, now empty screen with blinking cursor.. Crossing fingers..
