da_13ear
Folks, Ive read that UD changed how the XFS partition layouts worked right around 6.3.5. I just tried to upgrade from 6.2.8 -> 6.8 and somehow it only went to 6.5.3 (will figure that out later). After the reboot, everything was fine except the cache drive partition layout error - Unmountable: Unsupported partition layout. I read this article that says I need to do the following: downgrade to 6.3.5 mount the cache drive copy all contents off upgrade again reformat cache copy contents back Two questions: 1. Can someone confirm that is the proper approach still? 2. Where can i get 6.3.5 if ive never had it before? thanks for all your help as always, and Happy New Year! Chris Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
It's still an option, you can downgrade back to 6.2.8, another option is to use UD with current version to mount and backup cache. Quote Link to comment
