I have two questions:

1 If my flash device is broken can I move purchase key into a new flash device?

2 When I'm using unRaid some file like pictures doc etc. can't delete，it ask me for authorize. How can I give authorize to nobody?

The new Flash would get a new key and the license would be transferred to that new key.

Yes，the file is in a public share. The file was created by dokcer.

It could be that the docker is not set up to create files with the correct permissions to allow network access to function as expected.  

if you run the Tools->New Permissions on the share containing the file then it will rest permissions to what Unraid expects.

The long term solution is to get the docker container to create correct permissions in the first place!    What docker container was this?

Like resilio-sync when I upload some photo but I wanna delete some I don't need. There is no delete option in server and client
