March 24, 20206 yr It's been a while I had power off one of my unraid server. From version 6 something had to do manual update to latest version but still no internet access. Everything else seems to work fine. I have read various posts with similar issue. I have installed another license on a hp microserver, so clean install with same settings - network and works works. Maybe something is left from past upgrades? I would really appreciate some help...... syslog
March 24, 20206 yr Instead of syslog, we usually prefer diagnostics, which contains syslog and many other things that give a more complete understanding of your situation. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post. Also, if you upgraded from a version before 6.5, then there were a number of things you should have taken care of before doing the upgrade. See here:
March 24, 20206 yr Author Hey trurl, thanks. I am not sure about the version. But I did not had prior internet also. I attach the log file tower-diagnostics-20200324-1605.zip
March 24, 20206 yr You seem to have some things in your syslog referencing a plugin you don't actually have installed. Possibly that is from having another browser open somewhere to your server. Close all other browsers on all other computers on your network, clear browser cache, and post new diagnostics. Your last post before this thread was in 2017. Had you upgraded at all since then?
March 24, 20206 yr Try deleting or renaming config/network.cfg on flash and reboot so it will use default network settings.
March 26, 20206 yr Author Renaming the config did not worked. I attach again diagnostics. Maybe since in this box I use it only for file sharing, it would be easier to do a clean install? tower-diagnostics-20200326-1547.zip
March 26, 20206 yr Those are not the default network settings. Are you sure you renamed the correct file?
March 26, 20206 yr Author When I renamed the file. I could not open unraid. Just for test since I use usb card reader I tried a fresh install on another card, same thing. No internet I attach the file from the fresh installation also. I have put back the sd card with my config. I have physical access or even with telnet. Is there a file or something I can check? tower-diagnostics-20200326-1712.zip

Possibly that would result in a different IP than you were trying. If you have an attached monitor and keyboard you can see what IP results from the default network settings.
