I get the error: "failed to load ldlinux.c32" at boot

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me.

I get the error: "failed to load ldlinux.c32" when booting. The strange thing is, it is located on the usb under syslinux. it is a fresh USB install (made on windows using limetechs sub program. I have copied the "Pro.key" into the config folder. It booted the very first time, then this error.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix this?

I have the same problem with this error. Hash value and MD5 was right. I used last version of Rufus 3.10 and clean ISO slax linux and this error return again and again.

Than I solve this problem.

First you must make ISO CD. Linux boot allright from CD. Than make ISO USB. Open any file manager and copy directory slax\boot or linux\boot from CD to USB. Done. USB is functional.
