TimmyAmant Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 I seen that disk 5 now has 95 errors. i looked it up and its says it attempt to write this data back to the sectors which failed. now dose that mean i have 95 bad sectors on that drive and its getting time to replace it? im still new to all this so im not 100% if that right or not if i could get some feedback so i have a better understand that would be great. power one hours is 14887 Quote Link to comment

JorgeB Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 The error was logged like a disk problem, and likely resulted in the report uncorrectable attribute changing to 1, I would say a single error like this is no case for much concern, it can happen once and then not again for years, but if it keeps happening I would consider replacing the disk.
