Forcing Mover to move files to disk

Featured Replies

I have the following configuration:

unraid2.JPG.27807555d9f0f34bed7c1b048d1d0018.JPG

With

unraid1.thumb.JPG.acad69bc17695beca69345b8ebdc5b8a.JPG

From syslog I can see:

Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid root: mover: started
Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid move: move: file /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img
Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid move: move_object: /mnt/disk1/system/docker/docker.img File exists
Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid move: move: file /mnt/disk1/system/libvirt/libvirt.img
Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid move: move_object: /mnt/disk1/system/libvirt/libvirt.img File exists
Oct 1 18:13:26 unraid root: mover: finished

Why my application data is not moving to the disk pool when I invoke the "mover"?

I attached the archive of "unraid-diagnostics", if I need to upload other details please tell me.

The mover cannot move open files.

Did you stop Docker and VMs (if you are using them) in the Settings ?

And I mean not stop the Dockers but the Dockers service completly:

Same for VMs.

Then run Mover and once it is finished, re-enable the services.

File exists

It will also not move any existing file(s), you'll need to manually delete it first.
