Cannot boot from USB

Featured Replies

I have a Supermicro A2SDI-4C-HLN4F.

I have a VGA-HDMI converter (witch need usb power) and a usb keyboard connected to usb2 ports. One usb3 is also available. So I need them all to boot for the first time... witch I have not been able to do.

This is what I get at boot (UEFI or LEGACY):

What should I do?

I have tried to use "USB hard drive" and "USB key" as the 1st boot device.

I have a Sandisk Cruzer Blade 2.0 with FAT32 format on my usb that I use.

I got this working, just naming the EFI- folder on usb to EFI. :)

I had this same issue. Your fix worked for me as well.

Any reason it was named "EFI-" instead of "EFI"?

Both are possible "settings" and have opposite meanings.
