Server not available to update

Featured Replies

Hi

Sorry, complete novice question here.

I have had the trial version running on a spare laptop for around 30days (i think).  I have VM machine running that i can access perfectly and is still running now.  However, for some reason i cannot access the server main page.  I think i have possibly got to the end of the trial period and needs a purchased key.  My email address and details don't seem to be recognised by the website. None of the file shares from my VM seem to be available either.

I dont want to restart my server incase i lose everything.

Any ideas?

Can you access the command line on the server?

Do you have an attached keyboard and monitor?

I have it installed on an old laptop.  I have just checked, but there is no screen at all.

Have you tried rebooting and loading into GUI mode when given the option and checking it straight from the laptop instead of a web browser on a different client?
