Would that be 3 sticks of ram reporting an error?

I am beginning to think its the processor on that bank or both.   Unraid is showing CPU Cache incorrectly too.

Motherboard:Google Inc - 0JP31P

Processor:Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2697 v2 @ 2.70GHz

HVM:Enabled

IOMMU:Enabled

Cache:Not Specified = 384 kB (max. capacity 384 kB)

Look for the system event log in the BIOS, it might have more info, though don't know what kind of board is a Google Inc - 0JP31P

I will check the bios log this evening.     Good call.   I need to enable IDRRAC on it.   Its a Google GSA that is a rebranded R720XD.   I flashed dell bios but kept the google branding.  I like their boot splash better.
