• [6.10RC2] Lost the the contents of the third row of my dashboard?

    • Minor

I think the picture says it all.

This did not happen (IIRC) after installing RC2, but a day or so later.

I haven't rebooted the server (not easy since I am using it), maybe it will fix itself, but no F5, ctrl-F5 etc. helped.

The array works fine and disks show fine in "MAIN" tab.

Semi irrelevant bonus question: Is it possible to move the "panels" not just up/down their own column but also between the three columns?

Same issue and also my array devices have disappeared under the Main tab. I cleared browser cache/cookies too just in case and logged in again. Problem persists.

    It happened again!

I think it might be related to adding or removing containers... I don't know.

    Third row is again empty.

Safemode for the browser? Or for unRAID?
I know the page will return to normal if I reboot the server, but will not reboot for such a minor thing.

    Unraid safemode.

Do you know how to replicate the issue?

No I don't know how to replicate the issue. It just happens "some times" (in RC2).

I haven't connected this to anything I do.

NOTE that when this happens, it happens on every computer I access the dashboard from including the server itself!

Is there any service I could restart instead of rebooting the whole server?

I understand, yet it is not possible right now.

I know this is RC but still my server is "production" (@home), so I cannot casually reboot it.

Even if I do, I cannot keep it in safe mode (no plugins) for days just to see if I can replicate the issue.

Last time it took 11 days between the two times this happened.

So again, is there a way to "reset" the web interface without rebooting the server?

(it will be interesting to see if this solves it anyway)

It would help in troubleshooting, but no worries if you can't.

Restarting the GUI, open a terminal window and execute

    /etc/rc.d/rc.nginx restart
    /etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart

    Yes this worked. Thanks.

    Irrelevant:

I didn't even know unRAID has nginx.
Why there are nginx containers for unRAID then...

Because people like to run their own web server.

...and it stopped working again. :(

    I didn't do anything.

    Damn.

I may need to make this reset into a script.

Happend to me as well. Just updated from version 6.9.x to the 6.11.1. Exactly this happened. Any solution yet?

Edit1: Btw those commands crashed my GUI and it didn't start back. I had to reboot (/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx restart /etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart)

Edit2: Restart helped. Day 2 and seems like dashboard is working fine.
