[7.0.0-beta.1] Can't start Ubuntu22 VM using intel gvt-g plugin

gvt-g works fine in version 6.12，but 7.0 not work in ubuntu，and in another Synology vm, gvt-g works fine

my other synology vm can use gvt-g normally, so I'm not sure if it's a problem with unraid or gvt-g.

It still should be reported in the plugin thread, since stock Unraid does not support GVT-g
